Lose your mind!

Anybody has come across Dr. Joe Dispenza and his work?

I just found out about him through a recommendation and I can't believe I haven't heard of his work until recently.

Just started reading this book and I am thrilled to know that someone has actually done the research and has written on the topic of how the mind and reality are intertwined at a quantum level.

I am already too pulled into the book and just completed reading the first chapter - "The Quantum of You"

Let me know if you have come across him earlier - would be great to have a chat on this topic.
